Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are not permitted.

 

Exchanges

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged with proper notification within 2 weeks of the date of sale, at our discretion.  Improper garment care does not qualify for refund or replacement.  For questions regarding exchanges, please send us an email at sales@eaglecustomprints.com.
