End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Sanmar Quickbooks Simple Integration

Effective Date: September 21, 2025

1. License Grant

Eagle Custom Prints grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sanmar Quickbooks Simple Integration in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the software except as expressly authorized by this Agreement.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• You may not use the software for any unlawful purposes.

3. Ownership

The software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Eagle Custom Prints.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Custom Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
