Order processing times. After an order is placed, the order will take 5-7 business days to ship, excluding holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
Domestic and international shipping. Shipping is only available to locations within the United States.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated per item at checkout. The minimum shipping fee is $7.50 for a single item and is approximately 10% of the order cost.
Returns, changes, and cancellations. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and returns are not permitted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@eaglecustomprints.com. Orders may not be canceled once placed.
Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Packages may be delayed.
Order tracking details. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
